一、企业基本情况

二、产业发展情况

通过几年的建设，江西星火油茶产业科技示范园已基本建成，总体投资2亿多元。已在袁州区西村镇、新田镇建成总面积20000多亩的高产油茶示范基地四个、2000多亩金银花、菊花等油茶林下经济作物套种示范区一个、600多亩油茶种质资源库一个及30多亩高产油茶苗木繁育基地一个；在袁州区国家农业科技示范园区内建成占地1500多亩的集油茶科研、油茶精深加工及食用菌栽培与加工、生物有机肥生产与销售等为一体的油茶及附属产品科研加工中心，引入中国林科院亚林所茶油加工最新技术，建成年产3000吨浓香型富营养油脂加工厂，食品生产许可证号：SC10236090210377；建成油茶果壳综合利用生产线，年产茶香白鲜菇2000吨，生物有机肥50000吨；建成颇具地方特色的油茶景观园一个。

公司所生产的“新田岸”油茶籽油，原料采用公司及江西宜春袁州区本地的新鲜油茶籽，采用先进的冷榨工艺，整个压榨过程中温度控制在50℃以下，能确保茶籽中丰富的VE、角鲨烯、甾醇、茶多酚等营养元素尽可能地保留在原油中。冷榨出来的原油经过适度精炼，采用全自动化、电脑控制、全密封的精炼工艺，进行物理精炼，有效地除去原油中的水分、胶体等杂质，保持茶油原有的香味，产品质量达到国家一级压榨油标准。企业采用的低温压榨生产工艺填补了省内茶油加工技术空白，浓香型营养油茶籽油加工工艺获国家发明专利，专利号：ZL 2013 1 0324096.2，年产浓香型富营养山茶油3000吨。已通过HACCP(危害分析与关键控制点体系认证)、ISO9001(质量管理体系)、（OHSAS18001）职业健康安全管理等体系认证，是江西省油茶加工重点企业。2016年企业也被宜春市科技局批准为宜春市油茶工程技术研发中心。

公司利用油茶果壳、玉米蕊、锯木屑等农用下脚料作培养基质、引进韩国产液体接种机、全程机械化瓶栽茶香白鲜菇产量能比纯用棉籽壳、木屑基料培育的产量提高15%左右，在培养周期上可缩短时间30天以上，杂菌感染率能从普遍的5%下降到现在的2‰左右，吨成本降低19%左右。并且所培育出的海鲜菇含有18种氨基酸，其中有8种是人体必需而人体自身又不能合成的，还含有数种多糖体。常期食用有防止便秘、抗癌、防癌、提高免疫力、预防衰老、延长寿命的独特功能。该技术已于2016年5月获得了国家发明专利，专利号为：ZL 2014 1 10444783.2。

公司利用油茶果壳、油茶果壳菌渣中丰富的有机质和微量元素为主要原材料生产新田岸牌生物有机肥。在每克肥料中添加1.5亿个以上的光合固氮、解磷、解钾、放线菌等有益微生物，通过其代谢活动，改善土壤的结构，提高土壤中植物可利用的N、P、K等元素的有效态的比重；经调制后的肥料能保持菌种个数在2亿个/克以上，有机质含量50%、总养分8%以上，能长效均衡地提供作物所需的有机质、氨基配、腐殖酸、菌体蛋白；并能活化久用化肥造成的板结养分，提高化肥利用率，改善土壤理化性状，提高土壤团粒结构，疏松土壤，提高土壤保水保肥性能，能有效的改善作物根际环境，促进根系发展，增强作物抗性；还能有效降解土壤化肥、农药、除草剂、重金属残留，改善作物品质。既有纯天然、无污染、无公害、见效快、肥效持久、壮苗抗病、改良土壤，提高产量，改善作物品质等优点，又能改善因大量使用化肥、农药而引起的环境污染、生态破坏等弊端，是一种多元复合的新型微生物有机肥，并为油茶果壳等资源循环利用开辟了一条新路径。

三、 产业化经营模式及带动农户情况

公司建成的20000多亩高产油茶林主要是租（征）用当地农户的残次林或荒坡、荒地，每隔五年或十年支付山地租金。在当地请用有一定号召力、管理能力并有一定技能的当地农户参与林地管理，每月支付固定工资。日常施肥、除草、修剪等抚育管理工作及茶果采摘等采用计工计酬方式发放民工工资。平均每年支付山地租金200万元，发放民工工资400余万元。油脂加工厂、食用菌栽培基地及生物有机肥加工厂安排当地劳动力就业，已安置当地100多劳动力就业，人均年增收3.6万多元。

几年来，园区利用油茶示范基地建设、林下经济作物套种示范，协助省、市、区林业部门已成功举办过十二期农民技术培训，培训油茶种植专业户3000多人次。由于公司的示范辐射作用，已带动周边11个村组2900多户农户投身油茶林的建设项目当中，带动农村劳动力就业3100多人，其中贫困户260多户，人均年增收4000多元。
