The factory established the procedures on ethics and integrity, the training on ethics and integrity were provided to management and workers, the
training records were saved for review. The factory identified where and how the major risks of corruption could occur to conduct the preventing
and improvement measures for the risks, but did not conduct the regular assessment on ethics and integrity status in the workplaces. The factory
knew the importance of ethics and integrity for long-term development, appointed Factory Manager and General Manager to supervise the key
employees.
